& So It Begins~

There are moments that you just know are going to be good.

And seeing Hartly’s reaction to waking up to a fresh fallen snow was simply priceless.

My layout~

Since I completed my Return To The Collection Class by Shimelle, I decided to join Glitter Girl in her Adventure: Seasons and Schedules.

And with our current weather I decided to document all the snow we’ve had lately.

There has been a lot.

Seriously, I can’t remember the last time the Big Kids were in school for a full, straight five days.

The right page~

I paired the blues and oranges from the Noel Mignon Fresh Start Kit with the Crate Paper Bundled Up inspired Project Life Winter kit.

Honestly I think I used that Winter kit just to have an excuse to use the snowman badges.

Can you blame me?

He’s just adorable.

A few details~

The best part of using the pocket page paired with the 12×12 is I have room to add more snow pictures.

And yes, there are two more storms currently in the forecast.

Oh boy!

I used~

Project Life 2013~ July 2nd ~ July 5th

I know, I know.

It’s been FOREVER since I’ve worked on my Project Life.

I guess sometimes living life gets in the way of documenting life.

Oh well, I am back at it!

And that’s what counts, right?

Week of July 4th~

Our little family had quite the week.

Holden and Travis traveled to Boston to see a game at Fenway Park.

And to answer the question I know you’re dying ask…

Yes, my die-hard New York Yankee boys broke down and bought me a Boston Rob hat. Eeek!

I’m just not allowed to wear it around them.

We all met up at the beach where we enjoyed an extra long weekend of sand, sun and seafood.

We even squeezed into my parents SUV and traveled across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel for an adventure and dinner.

Let me just say Hartly loves tunnels and now expects one on every car ride.

But to be totally honest I think I enjoyed the close company even more.

Hopefully, I will be back soon with more of my Project Life from past weeks as I hope to catch up.

Just be expecting a lot of baseball and rain. Sigh!

Project Life 2013 ~ February 13th – March 18th

I fell behind.

As in over a MONTH behind. Yikes!

So, since Wednesday I’ve been busy catching up.

My pages~

Thank goodness for date stamps on photos.

I think I would be totally lost without them.

To make this a bit easier I printed most of my photos at a size of 2.75″.

This way I could put them into any page format

And I even chose some of my less used Design B and D pages. Yay!

Now that I’m all caught up what do you think the chances are I’ll stay that way?

He he.

Don’t forget there’s a BIG Project Life Event on HSN late tonight!!

Or tomorrow if you require lots of sleep like me.

I used~
Studio Calico Project Life Kit, Echo Park Photo Freedom Volume 1, Becky Higgins Seafoam Project Life Core Kit, BasicGrey Fact or Fiction Snippets

In trying to keep this as simple and easy as possible I’ve only listed main items.

If you have a question about anything I’ve used please ask.

2013 Project Life~ February 4th – February 12th

Did you know that March is almost here?

It has snuck up on me.

With moving into my new scrapbooking room I have fallen a bit behind in my Project Life album.

But, I am going to catch up!!

And making it easy to do are the new DCWV Tag and 4.5 x 6.5 Mat Stacks.

I am loving the colors, prints and decorative edges they have.

February 4th ~ February 12th~

2013 Project Life~ January 26th – February 3rd

Guess what?

One month down and eleven more to go!! Yippee!!

This week is a hodge podge of our crazy, little life.

And I love it!

January 26th – February 3rd~

I also love the little Whisker Graphic polka dot bag that holds my journaling.

Apparently shopping for Hartly’s Big Girl Undies was extremely embarrassing for her 13 year old sister.

However, I found it most amusing and definitely want to be able to share it with Hartly when she gets older.

I just hope she won’t still be wearing Toy Story undies then.

2013 Project Life ~ January 21st – 25th

I have to say that I am enjoying working on my Project Life album a little bit at a time throughout the week.

Last year I waited til the end of the weekend to decide what I wanted to include and what page design to use.

Now I’m printing the majority of my pictures as 3×3’s or smaller which means they can basically go into any pocket and any page design.

And that means I’m actually getting more done. Yippee!

January 21- 25th~

If I had to sum up this week it would be COLD and MESSY!

But, I guess I can live with that.

Especially since it’s going to be 60 degrees this week. Woo Hoo!!

I used~
Becky Higgins Seafoam Edition Core Kit and Turquoise Digital Edition, Studio Calico January Project Life Kit
Studio Calico Wood Veneer Snowflakes and Letters, Amy Tangerine Thickers, Glitz Hello Friend Glitzers, KI Flashback Glitter Stickers TH Tiny Attacher

2013 Project Life~ January 18th – 20th

I know I’m including more from January 18th, but it was our big family night out.

Isn’t a trip to Target and the grocery store the highlight of everyone’s week?

Our weekend~

Ashlyn got to go to a restaurant she’s been dying to go to, Hartly got to spend some of her Christmas money and I got to go to Jo-ann’s.

And the boys….well, they got fed.

I have to tell you Sunday was looking pretty boring until Travis forced us all outside to enjoy the warmer temperatures.

Although the big kids and I were extremely content watching our Castle and Once Upon A Time marathons.

In the end we did enjoy our walk.

And it was cute to watch Hartly trying her best to keep up with them.
