My Little Piggy~

Would you believe this little one is 4 months old today?

I can’t.

My layouts~

My friend, Maria, made the most adorable piggy hat for the baby, so I made sure it was packed in my bag for the hospital.

And it made the cutest pictures.

I have a feeling you just might be seeing more piggy pictures in the future.

I used~

Cute & Cuddly~

If you’re ever wondering what I might be doing….most likely it’s cuddling this little cutie.

My layout~

Cute-&-Cuddly

Seriously, I could hold her all day long.

In fact, my hubby claims I’m spoiling her rotten by holding her too much.

Like that could happen. He he.

Meet Whitley~

Hello Whitley Mills Andrews!!

Meet-Whitley

This sweet little girl entered our lives on March 16, 2016.

And we couldn’t be happier.

A close-up~

Meet-Whitley-Close

I used lots and lots of Crate Paper Maggie Holmes Open Book collection to create my layout.

The colors went perfectly with my photo.

With all the layers I was even able to easily tuck her hospital name tag with all her birth information on it for safe keeping.

I used~

Crate Paper Maggie Holmes Open Book Collection, Kraft Paper, Heidi Swapp Sequins and Wisecrack Thickers

Collect Beautiful Moments~

Well, hello there.

Remember me?

Life in the Andrews’ house got busy this Spring

Extremely busy.

All because of the arrival of this little one.

My layout~

Collect

This just makes my heart melt.

A close-up~

Collect-Close

And yes, we’ve been busy collecting beautiful moments.

Hopefully I’ll get better at sharing them with you.

I used~

Crate Paper Little You and Maggie Holmes Bloom

Believe~

The magic of Disney is just something to behold.

Especially on a young child’s face.

My layout~

Believe

I love the smile on Hartly’s face as she gets a hug from Cinderella.

A few close-ups~

Believe Close 1

And even more the uncertainty to whatever Cinderella has asked her in the next photo.

If my memory serves me correct it had something to do with her older brother possibly being a prince.

Believe Close 2

Wanting my pictures to be the focus I kept things pretty simple with a few banners, buttons and wood veneer.

Hello & Dream Big~

As the snow continued to fall all day yesterday I got to work on Snowpocalypse 2016 Challenge #2: Be My Little Baby.

The challenge was to create any type of project with a baby theme.

And it was in honor of Baby Andrews #4.

No….she doesn’t have a name yet other than Four!!

Do you know how hard it is to get five people to agree one little name? Yikes!

My layout~

Hello-&-Dream-Big

The ever so wonderful Jenny Kozar sent me the adorable Wonder collection from Crate Paper and I’ve been dying to play with it.

So, this was the perfect time.

I used the vellum paper to create an envelope to hold several of the ultrasound pictures of Four.

They are easily accessible and simply held into place with a paperclip I topped with a piece from the ephemera pack.

A few close-ups~

Hello-Close-Up-1

I adore the text paper found in the collection as many of the qualities listed are ones I pray this baby has.

Hello-Close-Up-2

I used the typewriter Travis got me for Christmas to add text to the journal card.

Of course, I had to add a four to the layout. He he.

Hopefully, soon this baby will have a real name.

I used~

Crate Paper Wonder Collection, Kraft Paper, We R Memory Keepers Envelope Punch Board, Tim Holtz Tiny Attacher, Teresa Collins Gold Paper Clips

Love Me & The Mouse~

We are currently in the middle of Snowpocalypse 2016 here in Virginia.

So, several of my crafty friends and I decided to have challenges to keep us busy.

And to take our minds off the fact that we missed out on getting that last gallon of milk or loaf of bread. He he.

Seriously….did you see the news?

There was none to be found for miles!!

Snowpocalypse 2016 Challenge #1: Scraplift Someone.

I decided to take on this fabulous layout from Paige Taylor Evans~

Love

Swoon. Right?

With me still being in Disney mode I made a few alterations.

My layout~

Disney-Love

As you can see I didn’t use the buttons, but I really didn’t have that many in Disney colors.

So, I chose to use patterned paper instead.

A close-up~

Disney-Love-Close-Up

I did add several embellishment clusters similar to the original.

And believe me, I will be revisiting the original layout to use up my button stash.

Make sure you check out more of Paige’s layouts as they are all so inspiring.

Not Today Zurg!

“Come to me my prey.” said Evil Emperor Zurg.

And we did!

“Prepare to Die.” said Zurg.

Just like Buzz Lightyear we said, “Not today Zurg!”

My layout~

Not Today

Of course, like Buzz Lightyear we defeated Zurg and saved the galaxy.

The best part of this layout was Hartly asking me where she was.

If you look closely enough you’ll see her hiding behind Travis. He he.

A few close-ups~

Not Today Zurg Close 1

To compliment the bright colors of the ride I used October Afternoon’s Midway Collection.

I won’t mention who actually got the highest score out of the four of us, but I do think it was someone in my spaceship.

Or just wait a bit since I have gotten really busy working on my Disney 2014 album and have a bunch of layouts coming.

I just need to start blogging a bit more. He he.

I used~

October Afternoon Midway Collection, October Afternoon Mini Market Alphas, Thickers, EK Success Mickey Head Punch, Enamel Dots

Who’s Flying This Thing~

And are they a licensed driver?

Because we went up and down and up and down.

Over and over.

In fact, I think our little Dumbo elephant was wilder than some of the roller coasters at Disney.

My layout~

IMG_8191

I wanted to match the colors of our Dumbo and the colors in the picture, so I pulled out my October Afternoon Midway collection and got busy.

A close-up~

IMG_8192

Since I’m adding a new line of papers to my Disney album I kept many of the design elements the same.

I continued using the repeating Mickey heads, enamel dots and some of the same alphas.

To see more of my Disney 2014 album, click here.

Now would you like to guess WHO is actually flying this elephant?

There might be a treat for the first person to guess correctly.

I used~

October Afternoon Midway Collection, October Afternoon Mini Market Alphas, EK Success Mickey Head Punch, Enamel Dots

I Am A Princess~

Well….maybe I’m not, but Hartly sure is.

While planning our Disney 2014 trip she repeatedly told us that Rapunzel was the princess she most wanted to meet.

I believe her exact words were she just had to see her!

So, I made sure to get Fast Passes to do just that.

My layouts~

Rapunzal

I-am-a-princess

There was much talk of long blonde hair, frying pans and even talk of a Snuggly Duckling outing.

A few close-ups~

These are the first pages I’ve made in a long, long time.

I’m talking months!!

I feel like they’re missing something or that I just quite haven’t gotten my groove back.

Guess that means I need to get busy making more layouts, right?
