With Love Deer Always & Forever~

There was NO way I was making Ashlyn a girl zombie Valentine.

She thinks we’re crazy for watching The Walking Dead.

Plus, she pretty much told me not too.

She’s more a Treehouse Masters type of girl. Sigh.

So what’s better for her than a Valentine made with DCWV’s new The Goodwood Stack?

My card~

Deer-1

I used various prints from the stack to create my sweet, adorable deer.

A close up~

Deer-Close

As you can see I used lots and lots of pop dots on her.

To give my card a bit more texture I used a corrugate paper base and a layer of burlap.

I added an extra dose of sweetness with layered hearts and pearls making this very un-zombie like and simply perfect for her.

I used~

Goodwood Stack Burlap Neurtal Corr

DCWV The Goodwood Stack, The Burlap Stack and The Corrugate Neutral Stack

Oh Deer!~

That was the first thing that came to mind when a Cricut Circle Message Board friend told us her daughter broke her arm.

Yikes!

Especially when school is just around the corner.

But, I also know this friend raises deer.

I believe she’s been know to keep them in her craft room at times.

So…

My card~

I used the border feature found on Cindy Loo to make my card.

No welding involved! Yippee!

The inside~

Hopefully, my little deer will brighten her day.

At least this one doesn’t have to be fed.

I used~
Bella Blvd Sophisticates Sprinkle & Lace Peep and Flirty Heart Throb papers
Kraft cardstock, Recollections Gems and Floral Embellishments, Ribbon, Twine
