If you saw my December Daily 2014: December 23rd page, you probably already know about my ordeal of trying to reenact the I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus scene.
If you didn’t, let me just say it didn’t go quite like I had envisioned. Sigh.
But, it did create a wonderful memory filled with lots of laughter and lots of kisses.
And lots and lots of what I would consider outtakes much like the one I used here.
My layout~
I already had my Maggie Holmes Open Book Collection out, so I picked a sketch from Pinterest to create my layout.
I thought the creams, greens and golds of the collection would be perfect for my picture filled with the bright lights of our Christmas tree.
A few close-ups~
I have to tell you that I still giggle when I look at this picture.
Wonder what I can come up with for next year to top this?
I used~
Crate Paper Maggie Holmes Open Book Collection including Specialty Paper, Paper Pad, Rub-Ons, Layered Tags, Accent Stickers, Gold Stickers, Ephemera, Story Thickers
This is sweet and doesn’t look like an out-take at all. Love how you used this photo!
Fabulous picture and I LOVE all the gold, but the absolutely best part is the expression on your daughter’s face. Priceless!
Adorable picture. Love all the gold.
Love this! I had to look at your LO again more closely. Great photo!
I think it is absolutely beautiful – love how all of the “photographer’s notes” on your paper on embellishments really help tell the story. And of course, that photo! Good job using that Open Book collection!
