Every Tuesday is Show & Tell Day at Nursery School.
This Tuesday the letter was J.
And what’s the perfect J item to take?
December 9th~
Jingle Bells!!!
You should have seen Hartly trying to sneak into school while she jingled with each step.
Finally she gave up trying to be covert and just merrily skipped into school sounding like all of Santa’s reindeer.
If you look closely you will see my journal card with this story tucked under all the layers.
It’s even written in my very own handwriting, since a fellow crafter has challenged us to use our handwriting more.
That’s for you Francine!!
A word of caution about giving a four year old a container of jingle bells….
They just might end up all over the car jingling with each turn you make. Sigh.
I used~
October Afternoon December Story Kit, Ali Edwards December Daily Kit, Pretty Little Studio For You Image, Heidi Swapp Christmas Paper Pad, Various October Afternoon Christmas Collections, Webster’s Pages, Simple Stories Snap Album & Page Protectors, Jingle Thickers, Papertrey Ink Twine, Jingle Bells
I’ve tried to list most of my supplies, but if you have any questions please ask.
Love this page Sara! Love it even more since you accepted my challenge. 🙂 Now didn’t that feel good??? Admit it, it did! Hartly will love reading that story some day ~ in her Momma’s own handwriting.
She will IF she can decipher my chicken scratch of a handwriting!!! He he.
Jingle all the way!!!
All those pretty bells make me smile!
Jingle bells, Jingle bells, jingle all the way to school! This will be one day to remember!
