Would you like to know what happens when you take along on your beach trip the book Snowman All Year?
Your four-year-old decides she must be buried in the sand just like the magical snowman in the book and apparently Olaf.
And what’s better than being buried in the sand?
Making it look like you’re a mermaid.
I followed Shimelle’s Sketch 42: Repeating Simple Shapes and completed another of her challenges. Yippee!
I used Crate Paper’s Maggie Holmes Flea Market and Style Board collection since it had the right colors and patterns to match the girl’s bathing suits.
Since I couldn’t quite squeeze the three 4×6 pictures I had printed in my layout, I decided to use Shimelle’s Sketch 43: All Lined Up to make a second page.
I switched up the sketch a bit by using the same paper choices as the first layout as my lined up element rather than using multiple pictures.
If you’re wondering this resulted in a very happy little girl.
Also, a very sandy little girl.
