Circleville NSD Challenge~ The Itsy Bitsy Stencil
The challenge is to use your Cricut to make a stencil and put it use on your project.
My stencil~
I altered a Cricut Make It Now Bookshelf Backing project to make my stencil.
I simply used a Prima Dark Bark Inker to ink my paper.
I love the pattern it created and that it reminds me of the fencing in the background of Hartly’s Nursery School picture.
My layout~
Then I added layers of paper and embellishments following Sketch One from Kelly Purkey’s Sketchbook class to finish my layout.
Of course I ended up covering up much of my stenciled paper.
But, that’s okay.
A close-up~
I love the mixture of gold and vellum found in Maggie Holmes Flea Market and Styleboard collection.
I used~
Crate Paper Maggie Holmes Styleboard Paper, Vellum Shapes, Ephemera, Accent Phrases, Flea Market Ephemera Pack, Kraft Paper, Vellum and Teresa Collins Sequins
Cricut Explore, Make It Now Bookshelf Backing Project and Dark Bark Inker
Love this!
Sweet layout!
