Welcome to Circleville National Scrapbooking Day Weekend!!
My challenge comes from watching the movie Pitch Perfect one too many times. He he.
As I think every song title would be perfect for a layout.
Seriously, when I come across the right picture you will see a “Will You Call My Name” layout.
I’m mainly stuck listening to the Frozen CD these days. Repeatedly.
However when I heard Matt Nathanson’s Kinks Shirt song earlier this week, my challenge and layout was set.
In stone.
My layout~
I altered the title for my girl in the pink shirt. He he.
And I had a bit of fun trying to make my rather lengthy title all fit, but I think it turned out just fine.
A close-up~
Now I want you to get busy and make your own Sing A Song project.
And maybe even win a prize!! Yippee!!
Make a card, layout, tag or any type of project inspired by a song.
Feel free to use actual lyrics like I did or simply use a song as your inspiration. Easy peasy.
Post your project on the Cricut Circle Message Board under the Sing. Sing A Song Challenge thread for a chance to win there. And then come back here and leave me a link to your project in the comments for a chance to win here.
If you are not a Circle Member you can still participate by leaving me a comment with a link to your blog post or to any gallery of your choosing such as Two Peas, Studio Calico, Cricut General Message Board, etc. Leave me a link and I’ll find you. For every project made you get TWO entries.
Don’t have time to make something? Awww…leave a comment letting me know what you would make and I’ll enter you in the drawing as well.
You have until Sunday May 11th at Midnight to enter to win a $25.00 gift card to Michaels. One gift card will be given away on the Cricut Circle Message Board Sing. Sing A Song Challenge Thread and One will be given away here on my blog. This contest is now closed. A winner has been posted.
And if you post your project to Facebook or Instagram, feel free to tag it #CirclevilleNSD
