For I am learning how to sail my ship.
I absolutely love that sentiment.
It’s the very first print that you see when you open DCWV’s new The Hey Sailor Stack from Joann’s.
As much as I liked it at first, I was puzzled as to how to use the paper without covering too much up.
But, then I decided to make it a challenge.
My layout~
I simply offset my picture and embellishment cluster leaving most of the wording visible.
A close up~
Another solution would have been to trim the sides of the paper at the rope lines, but I kind of like the anchor and ship’s wheels.
This stack also includes two sheets of A2 cards which I think is neat.
But, are you ready for the best part?
The whales!
Or maybe the anchors.
Maybe you’d better check it out and tell me which you like best. He he.
