It snowed here last night.
For most of the family that means a fun filled day of playing in the snow and just hanging around the house.
Unfortunately for me it means grabbing the snow boots, bundling up and trudging into work.
Have I ever told you about the time I had to walk two miles in knee deep snow up hill both ways to get to work? He he.
Today I just had to stop at the end of our driveway to take a picture of the un-blemish road.
It was so pretty and peaceful.
My layout~
I think only one or two vehicles at most had passed by this morning.
I guess it was just me and the newspaper guy out on the roads.
I used Shimelle’s Return To The Collection Final Sketch Six and all the left over bits and pieces of my collection.
Having only one full sheet of 12×12 paper had me a bit nervous starting this layout, but Shimelle showed us how to really stretch our collections.
A close-up~
And now this is all that’s left~
Hmmm…wonder what I can make with that?
I used~
Crate Paper On Trend Collection: Style, Swanky and Modish Papers, Die Cuts, Stickers
Boardwalk Thickers, Prima Anna Marie Brads, Basic Grey Carte Postale Mixed Brads, Flair Badge and Studio Calico Project Life Stamps
Great job using all the bits and pieces Sara! I’d have a tough time with that too. Just think though. Now you get to buy ANOTHER collection!
I know!!! It makes me giddy. 😉
I love the title! Awesome page, and one that needed documented!!!
Who knew animal prints would work so well for a picture of the snow! (:
Had to get that button machine into the mix I see!
He he. You’d think, but that one came in a Studio Calico kit. 🙂
The things we have to do to earn a paycheck : O !!! And I’m with Heidi…who knew animal prints worked with snow pics?!!
