Cheese~

Today was supposed to be a big day full of family, holiday festivities and shopping.

That was until everything was cancelled due to inclement weather. Sigh.

Now as I sit here watching the trees heavy with ice bending over and threatening to topple over onto my car I decided to enjoy a little bit of Summer Time.

My layout~

Say-Cheese

I love these pictures taken at one of our favorite Virginia Beach restaurants, Captain Groovy’s.

As you can see the kids love the porch swing.

A close up~

I used DCWV Vintage Collector stack which is full of florals, cameras and another of my favorites, graph paper.

I added a Prima Metal Camera clip and sequins.

But have you heard?

DCWV is coming out soon with an embellishment line coordinating with this stack! Yippee!!

My title~

And now back to the real world where I guess I need to go move my car. Sigh.

  1. What a fun, colorful layout. I love that paper stack. Just got one at Michael’s on sale. Woo hoo. We’re cold here today too. Getting the tree wasn’t much fun, but it had to be done. (It was in storage, we’ve decided to go with the artificial version this year…bummer). Missing summer about now….luckily, this layout is a whole lotta sunshine and happy.

  2. Love your layout Sara! Glad to hear they are coming out with the coordinating embellies. I bought this stack when it was first released because I was really drawn to the colors and patterns, but haven’t used it yet. Cold here too, but I’m dreamin’ of the porch swings too.
