I would love to be right there right now.
Unfortunately, I like to eat, sleep indoors and buy scrapbooking goodies.
So, in a very few minutes I will headed to the shower to get ready for work. Boo!
But, for now I am finishing up my layout that I made for both Shimelle’s Use a Supply You’ve Been Saving and the Noel Mignon Summer Camp Woodworking Challenge.
It seems like just about every item on this layout I have been saving for just the right project.
The entire Crate Paper The Pier collection has been sitting in a special spot on my desk all summer long just waiting.
And waiting.
I can’t even begin to tell you the number of times I’ve reached for the wood veneer tags and then gently set them aside, because I felt they weren’t going to get the attention they needed on the layout.
But, now they have been used.
My layout~
A close up of the tags~
For the Noel Mignon Woodworking Challenge you had to use at least 5 wood themed items.
I have wood grain paper, clothespins, wood veneer tags, wood grain Thickers, Prima wood buttons and a wood grain die cut heart. Yippee!
Now instead of sitting here daydreaming about the beach, scrapbooking or even better scrapbooking at the beach, I’d better get moving.
Have a great day no matter what you’re doing.
I used~
Noel Mignon Beach Blvd Kit Contents~ Crate Paper The Pier Paper and Accent Stickers
Twine and Patchwork Thickers from past Noel Mignon Kits
Crate Paper The Pier 12×12 Paper Pad, Die Cut Pack, Prima Tea Thyme Wood Buttons, Wood Clothespins, American Tag Company Wood Veneer Tags, Studio Calico Airmail Stamps and Amy Tangerine Date Stamp
I wish I could be there on that beach! I seriously love this layout! I have been obsessed with wood embellies lately so this is a perfect layout in my opinion!
