Even in 6 inches of water.
This little child of mine found a way to surf without having to get close to those scary waves.
It did involve a bit of manpower from her father and brother pulling her around the tidal pools, but she loved it.
And I love the fact that I got to participate in Shimelle’s Scrapbooking with Three 3×4 Cards Challenge.
I started with three 3×4 cards from Crate Paper’s The Pier line and built from there.
My original plan was to use three picture of Miss Hartly surfing, but I just couldn’t make it all fit.
Plus, using one less photo gave me a chance to use those fabulous Kodak slide inspired frames. Love them!
A Close Up~
I hope you will check out all of Shimelle‘s tutorials, tips and challenges from this weekend.
You have all week to join in, so I’m hoping to sneak one or two more in.
Unfortunately the Surfing Queen will have a lot to do with that.
Her surfboard made it home. Sigh!
