It’s ScrappyMama’s Challenge to use one sheet of 12 x 12 paper to make a mini album for the Cricleville NSD Online Event.
How fun is that?
If you’re a Cricut Circle Member and would like to participate you can here.
She has a tutorial with the most wonderful directions that help even the score board challenged people like myself.
However, I cheated a bit by using Jenni Bowlin Studio’s Magpie paper.
It’s already sectioned into 9 patterned prints.
I simply cut the paper into three horizontal strips and then scored on the vertical print line.
Makes sense?
Okay, how about a picture~
Then it was only a matter of deciding which print to cover up as I used Scor-tape to adhere the end pieces together.
And believe me, that was a struggle!
My cover~
The pages~
Now I just need to add photos and additional embellishments and my mini will be complete.
How wonder-ful is that?
I used~
Jenni Bowlin Studio Magpie Paper, Magpie Hodge Podge Stickers, Vintage Buttons, Farm House Paper Company Market Street Sticker Sheets, Jolee’s Lace, Twine and Tim Holtz Clip
Beautiful!
You have the power to make a zig zag of paper lovely! Great papers and I love that ephemera!!!!
