I’ve completed my first Circleville NSD Challenge!! Yippee!
It’s the It’s All About Perspective Challenge hosted by Nadia from http://www.withglitteringeyes.blogspot.com.
She has a wonderful tutorial and giveaway over at her blog, so make sure you head over there and check out all of her fabulous projects.
And it’s all about adding depth and perspective to your images, so I used her ideas to make my birthday tag pop off my package.
My gift~
It is not a gift card! Shocking, I know.
And Ashlyn laughed at me when I used Freezer Paper to wrap my package, but I think with the washi tape it looks rather cool.
I inked the edges of all my layers and pop-dotted several of them.
For a bit more dimension I used the DCWV Corrugate Stack as my base.
A close up of the layers~
Now my gift is ready to rock the party. He he!
I used~
DCWV The Corrugate Stack, October Afternoon Sasparilla 8 x 8 Paper Pad, Freezer Paper, Washi Tape
Teddy Bear Parade for the bear cut at 4″
County Fair for the guitar cut at 2.75″
You certainly ROCKED this challenge!! Great job!
Well how cute is this?? I love your little bear!!
The bear is adorable!
This is just fantastic!!! I love the dimension you achieved and the papers you picked to make this music-makin’ little guy!!! Gosh, that guitar cut is fabby — I have to remember that for later in the summer when I have pics of Piper at guitar camp!! Love that you played along!! Thank you!
