I can’t put it off any longer.
I have to get the gifts wrapped.
So, I decided to start with the gift cards.
I picked my favorite papers from the new DCWV Christmas stacks, my favorite Lori Whitlock cuts and got my little Silhouette busy.
My Gift Card Box~
I love this 3D Ribbon Tie Pennant Box.
Add just a bit of ribbon and a tag and it’s all dressed up and ready.
Easy Peasy!!
My envelopes~
To hold the extra tall American Express gift cards I chose the 5×7 envelope.
The height was perfect, but the width was a bit too wide.
So, I simply made it narrower by sliding the side panels in by a couple of inches.
For a little decoration I made snowflakes and will use that area to put the initial of the person receiving the gift card.
After making all of these my poor little Silhouette is ready for a break, so I guess that means I absolutely have to get out the wrapping paper.
I guess you know what I’ll be doing tonight.
I used~
DCWV The Crafty Christmas Stack from Michaels
Lori Whitlock 3D Ribbon Tie Pennant Flap Box cut at 11.2″ wide
Ribbon, Bells, Papertrey Ink Twine
DCWV The Evergreen Stack from Jo-Anns
Lori Whitlock 5×7″ envelope adjusted to size
Creative Memories Circle Punch
Sesame Street Seasons for the Snowflakes
Well, at least you got the important gifts wrapped 1st LOL!!!!!! I wish I knew how to make a eye-rolling face without my beloved smileys!
Guess I shouldn’t say that I’m all done wrapping and I even had time to help Santa wrap gifts today! LOL!!! Love the bell on the gift card box and the snowflakes too! What wonderful paper you used!
I will be making some of these later today!!! Thank you – wonderful inspiration – and great patterns!
