I’m on a roll!
I’ve got my Dad’s Father’s Day Card ready. And Father’s Day is still hours away.
Mom~ don’t let him see this post until AFTER Sunday.
Maybe I’ve turned over a new leaf.
It helps that I wanted to continue to use the Echo Park Note to Self paper. Because as soon as I saw the phrases paper in that collection I knew I had to use it for my Dad’s card.
It’s full of neat little sayings that I know my Dad, if not everyone’s has repeated time after time.
The front~
The back~
Think he’ll find it as funny as I do?
I have to tell you that my new found love of tags instead of cards has come from my latest class, The Washi Workshop.
I’m loving that class and hope to start on some of the projects soon.
I certainly have been adding to my Washi collection, so it’s about time to start using it.
I used~
EP Note to Self collection paper, journaling cards, elements and border stickers
TBBM for tag, Maya Roads ribbon, American Craft mini brads
Fantastic tag!
Turned out wonderful!
Great job! I’m wondering if your Dad was counting on getting flowers instead of a card from you ; ) ?????!!!! LOL!!!
I am sure he found it funny – it’s terrific! Great color choices and details!
