So instead of working on that Modeling Paste tag I decided to show my Silhouette some love.
I’m slowly takng the Getting to Know You class over at JessicaSprague.com taught by Kerri Bradford. It is full of wonderful information and even includes cut files by Kerri.
I liked several of her images and purchaed them as well. One of them I used here~
I misted the background of the notebook paper with Mister Huey’s Estate Green.
And instead of using adhesive I ran the cut through my sewing machine. I love this look!
I’m feeling a bit more comfortable with the sewing machine and even tried a new stitch on my vellum. Yippee!
For this page I took an Ali Edwards digital image, imported it into the Silhouettte Design Studio and traced it to make a cut file. Another great Silhouette feature!
I am still in disbelief at how well it cut those thin lines.
Okay, I’ve put off my tag for long enough.
Except the hubby just started the newest Mission Impossible movie.
Hmmm…That tag just might have to wait.
I used~
Studio Calico’s Get Messy class kit
Kerri Bradford cut file, Ali Edwards Arrow Sentiments
Studio Calico PL Adventure and Letter stamps
October Afternoon button, EP This & That Chipboard
EK Sucess punches
I like what you are doing with your Silhouette — look at those thin lines! Great pages!!
