I’m making progress and Getting Messy.
And loving every minute of it as I’m tryng new things!
To mimic my confetti page I took the scrap with the negative of the punches and used it as a mask. I simply used my Martha Stewart ink pads and inked the page with a multiple of colors.
I painted a Studio Calico wood veneer arrow with Mister Huey’s Water Cooler and added Tim Holtz Distress Crackle Paint to it.
Hmmm…I think I might have made edges a little, extra crispy. Oh well, it adds character.
I used my Bella Blvd Washi tape to adhere my picture.
I cut the dual hearts from CTMH Art Philosphy and stitched them into place.
I started with a Chevron background stamp on my page. Then I just added little bits and pieces and even more Washi Tape. Gosh, I love that stuff!
I hand dyed a doily with Mister Huey’s and water.
Using Washi Tape and staples I made a pocket to hold tags.
The letters are from Cuttin’ Up. I used CCR to help me place them just right.
I just love thes Studio Calico stamps that came with this kit. They will be seeing a lot of use.
For my “oh boy!” phrase I used the Somebody That I Used to Know font and my Silhouette. The font was a bit thin, but with the offset feature I was able to make it just right.
My hope for today is to tackle the Modeling Paste tag I’ve got waiting for me. Eeek!
I used~
Studio Calico Get Messy kit, Washi tape from Bella Blvd, Amy Tangerine, Smash, Echo Park This & That collection
