What do you get a tween for her 12th birthday? Why a giftcard to the tween mecca~ Claires!
Seriously, have you ever tried to get into that store on a Friday or Saturday? Not possible. Especially with a stroller!
For my God-daughter I braved it all and got her a giftcard. But, it needed a little dressing up.
I tried this process not too long ago with TC’s Black and White cartridge and really liked how it turned out. I thought I would try again, but this time correcting a few minor errors. And you get to learn from my mistakes!
The bonus is I now have a fair amount of printed paper to use for later.
Both images were cut as a single image at 4″. All of the images and patterns are found on the Cricut Imagine Best Friends cartridge.
You know how sometimes a lightbulb just goes off? Because mine went off! I decided to use Letter Envy Font to make a M for the tag. This means I can enter it in the Cricut Magazine Challenge. Yippee!! This month they are allowing mulitple entries.
I flood filled the letter images with matching patterns and cut them at 2.5″. Isn’t the mini clothes line print adorable on the smaller scale? I think so!
Kraft bag, White Cardstock, Celebrations Ribbon and twine
I love how simple and easy the Imagine makes projects like this. Now if only it could do something about Claires!
